In a hands-on training and a culinary demo, Delifrance showcased the Heritage range of quality flavours puff pastry and launched the new range A La Folie to the professionals of the foodservice.

A La Folie is an assortment of crunchy and crispy pastry shells with ready to serve macarons comprise of 4 flavours (Chocolate, Vanilla, Coffee, Strawberry)

The range fulfils the need of premium bakers, QSR, Coffee shops, Hotels, Catering providers and satisfy and delight their consumers at each moment of the day.

The training was conducted by Chef Lucas BEYRIES French Pastry Chef and Compagnon du Devoir who invited the guest’s chefs and bloggers to interact with him all along the demo session.
