As PatisFrance is closest to the source of the latest French trends in Patisserie, it can bring these to patisseries all over the world, helping chefs and owners to seduce their guests. Together, Greenhouse and PatisFrance organized "Patisserie A La Francaise" event at Greenhouse Innovation Centre. The event was a celebration of French Pastry shared with most of the Pastry Chefs from all over the UAE.
Patisserie A La Francaise was conducted by Chef Sylvain Lecomte – from PatisFrance and covered an interactive, hands-on training session showing the latest techniques in the pastry world. From chocolate tempering demo to tasting 3 delicious chocolate recipes prepared by our in-house chefs and our guest chef Sylvain, the guest chefs were inspired and amazed.
