We’ve been making cheese for more than 30 years at the Tremblaye farm using traditional methods to be able to name our cheeses ‘Fermier’ “Copper vat, manual slicing and manual mixing of curd”. Cheeses are produced on the farm using uniquely the milk collected from the farm’s livestock (145 cows and 580 goats) That’s what makes our cheeses really unique!
